Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30PM (100% On-Site)

($17.00-$21.00)

The Logistics Office Clerk/Receptionist position here at EW Grobbel requires an individual who is highly organized, focused, with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses great time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Some responsibilities may include but is not limited to:  directing of customers and visitors, working closely with Logistics, answering multi-line phones, order entry, data processing, and reporting.

  Position Responsibilities

• Manage emails and communicate effectively to other team members as necessary

• Prepares, distributes, or processes documentation to ensure required documents are in place and correct

• Maintain correspondence with internal and external contacts, and the distribution of documents

• Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence

• Dispatching/directing drivers

• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

  Position Requirements

• Prior administrative experience 

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Good attendance and ability to work on-site
