TEKsystems Hybrid - Customer Service Representative in Tempe, Arizona
Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment you will support customers; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine customer support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications: 1+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, Call Center or Contact Center support experience.
LOCATIONS: (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days working remote)- Phoenix, AZ
SHIFT HOURS - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Will be part of "customer service process" team within shared operations group
DUTIES:
Reaching out to customers to verify information accuracy
Double checking transaction information
Performing validation steps on transaction information gathered by team
Approving information and submitting to system of record for completion
TOP SKILLS
Customer service and/ or Call center experience
Professional and polished communication skills
Ability to gather information accurately
