Capgemini Project Manager - SIAM/ITIL in Texas

Job Description

This is a client-facing, Service Integration & Management (SIAM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) role in a multi-sourced environment. Strong leadership and customer relationship skills are a must to engage with senior client representatives and partners. The successful candidate will be a collaborative thought leader, focused on delivery excellence, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Flexible availability for occasional nights and weekends during tests (or a declared disaster) is required.

Requirements

  • ITIL v4 certification

  • Certified SIAM Professional or 5 or more years of experience on a SIAM engagement

  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals with 3 or more years of ServiceNow

  • Enhancements and customizations

  • ServiceNow Operational Intelligence & reporting

  • Ticket management experience

  • One or more Cloud Computing Certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle)

  • Working knowledge of virtual machine architecture

  • PMP Certification or 5 or more years’ experience managing complex, multi-phased projects

  • 5 or more years of experience with Emergency Response and Major Incident Command Centers in a Multi-Sourced environment

  • MS Excel Intermediate (or higher) skills

  • Polished Customer Relationship Management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Flexibility and availability to work some evenings, overnights, and weekends
