Role Headline

In this role of Portfolio consulting Professional, you shall possess detailed technical knowledge on substation automation as well as Secondary distribution portfolio, carry proactive approach towards business development, create sound value proposition & prescriptions, make impactful technical pitch in various market verticals.

You will be the decisive technical expert at Pan India level for performing following roles & responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Leads generation & prescription actions across all markets at early stages via proactive customer engagements, tracking projects pipelines & investments.

• Adequate knowledge IEC standards, Power system networks and automation systems.

• Presales engagement with effective prescription actions for RTUs/ FRTUs, secondary distribution automation across Power utilities (Public / Private), Industries & Infra segment.

• Product demonstration, Interoperability & Testing of RTU / FRTU based on communication protocols like MODBUS, IEC61850, T101, T104, DNP3, OPC, MQTT etc.

• Strengthening channel partners and supporting front end Regional Sales on Automation products / Solutions

• Conduct Presentations / Trainings / workshops/ factory visits to customers on overall portfolio offerings.

• Promotion and prescription of automation solutions with constant engagement with concerned stake holders through product demo and consultative selling.

• Gather market knowledge on competitor products & strategies for their strengths & weakness.

• Participation in Industry Events / Fairs / Customer days to promote the portfolio.

What we are looking for is

• Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree (full time) preferably in ECE / EE with good academic background

• Having 8-10 years of relevant experience in role of Pre-sales, Business development, prescription function, technical support, Application support, Solution engineering in areas of substation automation systems.

• Testing and commissioning of various type of RTU/FRTU along with various communication protocols

• You are well versed in conducting presentations and product trainings.

• Flexible to frequent business trips across country based on the requested tasks and business needs & activities.

• Demonstrable record of developing and maintaining customer relationships & business acquisition.

• Should be self-starter, goal driven with a strong desire for technical selling approach demonstrating ownership behaviour.

• Fast learnability as key competence, good verbal, and written communication skills with growth mindset.

• Good knowledge on preparing impressive PowerPoint slides & presentation skills.
