Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’).

About the Role

As a Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant, you will play a key role as

part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our clients

by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Professional

Services business group.

Minimum Criteria

6-8 years of over all experience and 2-3 years Oracle HCM cloud.

Certified Oracle HCM Cloud

Should be an expert in Oracle Global HR & Compensation modules.

Should have worked with Deployment and AMS projects in Global HR & Compensation modules.

Good communication skills and prior experience interfacing client directly would be preferred

Effectively executes medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Alight’s quality standards and consulting methodology.

Manages self and work to project scope, timeline and budget. Coordinates with others when applicable.

Listens to client request, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s).

Independently consults with external clients and participates in all stages of the Oracle project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment

Should be able to demonstrate solution design capabilities for complex business requirements

Proficient in Customizing Oracle application using design studio, page composer, notifications & alert composer.

Handle the Oracle Quarterly release upgrades from reviewing the new features, enabling, regression testing, retrofitting the customizations & client Monthly BAU releases

Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts

Configure workflow, triage console issues

Support FSM, CSM migrations

Understanding of Oracle data structure(s) & BI publisher (SQL) is preferred

Automate, Identify opportunities & streamline process to reduce redundant effort in BAU space

Drive Innovation, Initiatives and process improvements

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field

Oracle certified is a Plus
