Description:

Our client is looking for 3 network admins/engineers who have experience in Cisco networking (IOS/Nexus/Meraki/Arista) to work on a variety of platforms configuring equipment for projects and general support of their environment.

You will be working with a team to deploy new equipment to multiple locations and must have the ability to re-IP sites. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate with technicians in the field to complete deployment, decommission old equipment, and document all efforts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Follow standard operating procedures for deploying new equipment

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues from end users

• Work closely with engineers to resolve any issues with design and/or deployment processes

• Suggest improvements to deployment processes and documentation

• Work closely with project manager and project lead to report progress and concerns

• Track inventory as it is deployed. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong network knowledge such as but not limited to IP addressing, IPSec/VPN, OSPF routing, and MPLS, DNS, BGP, LACP.

• Wireless network knowledge such as but not limited to, 802.1x, WPA2 enterprise, VPN, IPv4, IPv6 and wireless troubleshooting basics

• Knowledge of Cisco Hardware

• Knowledge of Cisco Routers, Cisco Meraki routers & switches, Arista switch, Palo Alto

• Knowledge / experience working with firewalls
