Position Title Senior Clarity Administrator

Job Summary This position as a Senior Systems Analyst is to support a given application or applications at a high level. This may entail some computer programming, system administration skills, adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements to applications, and the ability to analyze a given problem, diagnose it and find its root cause, and then either solve it or pass the problem on to the relevant people if it does not lie within the system analyst's area of responsibility. A systems analyst will need the skills to support custom applications programmed with a variety of programming languages and using a variety of database systems and middleware systems. You will be a form of 2nd level line technical support. The role may or may not involve some customer contact but most often it involves getting some description of the problem from helpdesk, making a diagnosis and then either creating a fix or passing the problem on to someone who is responsible for the actual problem area. You will need to effectively adapt to change, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and have an exceptional ability to provide detail, which are especially critical to our department's tight deadlines and ever-changing demands.

Application administration responsibilities include but are not limited to: Broadcom Clarity

Coordinate, test, and implement Clarity modules, enhancements, and integrations through projects and initiatives. Collect requirements for system changes, perform solution analysis for enhancement requests, and assist with implementation and configuration of Broadcom Clarity upgrades and system enhancements. Design, architect, develop/configure, and deploy custom solutions and integrations for that bank's Clarity PPM system. Provide level one support for the Clarity system that includes, but not limited to, trouble tickets, user administration, PPM tool support, report writing and system maintenance. Maintain ongoing system and application administration functions; integrating and configuring new application features and reporting; performing upgrades and applying patches to provide enhancements to the application; utilizing troubleshooting techniques to diagnose system problems, determine root cause, and following through to resolution. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system design and configuration and process documentation on system management and maintenance. Coordinate and lead after hours support for system patching, upgrades, or outage management, as needed. Maintain relationship with external vendors; including the coordination and management of vendor resources assigned to internal Clarity projects and initiatives, ensuring a successful delivery of system enhancements and new features. Maintain ongoing knowledge of Clarity system development and offerings from Broadcom, keeping apprised of new functionality with each release. Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal customers including IT project managers, corporate project management office, and project governance. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

This role is a member of the Project Management Office ensuring the project development process follows the Project Management Methodology and Project Management Office standards and the implementation of Clarity is aligned to these goals.
