All In-Solutions is looking for a skilled Developer who can analyze customer needs and develop concept and design objectives effectively. We are a company committed to delivering innovative IT solutions, and we require a Developer with the expertise to create software for a wide range of IT applications and the ability to diagnose and correct errors in computer programs.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document the specific needs of VA BTSS (Veterans Affairs Business Technology Support Services) to create tailored Power Apps and Power BI solutions that address unique requirements.

• Ensure that developed solutions meet intended business requirements and contribute value to VA BTSS operations by improving efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Senior Developers to support the maintenance and creation of repositories, contributing to the organization's knowledge management efforts.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development and IT applications is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of designing and implementing software solutions.

• Proficiency in various programming languages and the ability to develop software for a variety of IT applications is necessary. Candidates should have a strong foundation in coding and debugging.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for understanding customer needs and translating them into effective IT solutions.

• The ability to work collaboratively and support Senior Developers in maintaining and creating repositories is important. Effective communication and teamwork are key attributes.
