Job Description IAM (Identity Access Management) / EUC (End User Computing) Connectivity Node Lead Hybrid 2-3 days onsite. Duration: 12 months with option to extend up to 24 months Location: Houston, TX IAM/EUC/Connectivity Node lead must have following skills;

• Good Understanding of Identity Management across Organization.

• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, JML process, authentication methods.

• Good skills in analysis, solution development, stakeholder management, communication, implementation, and documentation.

• Analytical skills to think through the entire identity lifecycle.

• Team player who works closely across different workstreams within the BCR Project to deliver a complete solution to the project.

  Following will be responsibilities for IAM/EUC/connectivity Node lead:

• Work on definition of migration strategy and migration planning.

• Understanding the current IAM/EUC/connectivity process and explaining the To-Be IAM/EUC/Connectivity process.

• Work closely with the business to drive understanding of information management guidelines.

• Manage Identity Creations & Activations, Workday history migrations.

• Work closely with IRM team to assure compliance w.r.t. Identity Definitions.

• Registration of Third-Party companies & TPA account creations.

• User data Analysis

• Requires good understanding of Identity Management of the Organization (on-premises & Cloud).

• Complete discovery of current EUC landscape, document the summary, design, and standards Prepare EUC.

• Work closely with TCS and AMD team for Thick Client scripting,

• Work closely with TCS for smooth execution of Mail Migration.

• Prepare IAM questionnaire and collect present artifacts of the organization.

• Analyse and create Company codes & Location codes. •Define Inter-dependencies between IAM and other workstreams.

• Work closely with TCS & Wipro teams for smooth execution of the project.

• Work with Workday migration team on mapping of workday history migration from Connect.

• Define use cases for collaboration tools, define business case for any tool retention or any other step-outs.

• Identification or creation of test data for PoCs. Validation of final data content for production migrations.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
