We're in search of a financial wizard to step on board as our Accounting Supervisor. Accountables (get it?), financial ninjas and Excel warriors, come forth!

As our Accounting Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our finance function, using your magic to ensure our books are as balanced as a zen yogi. You'll be guiding a team of 3 bright, eager budding accountants, helping them transform into top-notch number ninjas just like you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance with Flair: Oversee daily financial operations, from accounts payable to receivables. It's a bit like juggling, only with receipts and invoices!

• Captain of the Crew: Lead your merry team of 3, fostering their professional development, and enhancing their superpowers.

• Cashflow Choreographer: Be the mastermind managing our cash flow to ensure healthy company growth. Picture yourself as an orchestra conductor, but instead of managing instruments, you're expertly handling cash inflows and outflows.

• Financial Forecaster: You'll be our in-house fortune teller, predicting future financial trends and outcomes. No crystal ball? Don't worry, good analytical skills should suffice.

• Guardian of the Books: Keep our financial information secure and up-to-date and ensure accounting procedures comply with regulations. Think of this bit like being a secret agent for our financial operations.

  Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance a plus, or an equivalent magical financial qualification.

• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience. This is not quite Hogwarts, but we do need some proven wizardry!

• Very good Excel skills. In short, if Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs excite you, you’re a prime candidate!

• Excellent leadership and management skills. We don’t want the tyrant from Game of Thrones! We're after someone who can help a team shine.

• An analytical mindset. If you enjoy puzzles, mysteries, treasure hunts, or Sherlock Holmes, you'll probably fit right in.
