Job Description

A city government client of Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. The Engineering Manager will be directly supervising a team of 4-5 employees consisting of civil engineers, project managers, and inspectors. The main responsibilities of this person will include leading and mentoring, along with supervising a program for private development within the city. They will work closely with contractors, property owners, and developers to get projects through the approval process and manage them through construction and completion. It will be their job to oversee planning, coordination, design construction, inspection, and approvals for these private develops and public infrastructure projects.

This role is permanent and full-time M-F from 8am-5pm. The base salary range for this role is $92,000-$100,000 and there is a full benefits package as well (401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick Time). Apply Today!

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Construction, or a similar field

Missouri Professional Engineer License

Knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology, water quality, wastewater treatment, or water resources

Experience working with State/City/Local Government

Experience with AutoCAD Experience with ArcGIS null
