What you’ll do:

  • Manage team service levels, respond for escalations and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority

  • Assist manager in day to day managerial tasks and employee/self-development

  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of own work within established time frames

  • Work in a collaborative team environment

  • Developing team members through coaching, career development mentoring, and motivational techniques

What you have:

  • Excellent operational and customer contact skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work.

  • Provide superior follow-up, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to organize and complete projects

  • Must be team-oriented with the ability to act as a resource for development of the team’s effectiveness

  • Must have the ability to quickly develop a full understanding in New Accounts (NAC), Transfer of Assets (TOA), Cashiering, and Account maintenance processing

  • Strong knowledge and support of company initiatives/products including, but not limited to: ASI, CPS, CET vendor/online adoption & employee engagement

  • The ability to quickly master other related business systems

  • Three to five plus years Advisor Services experience is preferred

  • Series 7, 9, 10 & 63 required

  • Bachelor degree preferred
