The Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) team is situated in Corporate Risk Management (CRM). The team is tasked with defining and executing data, reporting and technology initiatives that advance CRM's RDARR maturity. This position is for a Senior Business Analyst with broad responsibilities, some of which include intake of requirements and documentation of the integrated data infrastructure for CRM data and reporting.
What you’ll do:
This role will be uniquely positioned to work with a variety of Risk teams to document data management solutions and functionality that provide direct business value while helping enforce proper IT best practices and controls. Key responsibilities include:
Own documentation of business logic and maintenance of procedures
Manage multiple large, complex and cross functional projects
Deliver business process requirements and use cases by working with the business product owners
Contribute to the roadmaps for data strategy
Establish productive relationships with internal business partners and information technology partners for alignment with the standards and data strategy
This will be an individual contributor role.
What you have:
The following qualifications are required:
BA/BS degree and/or PMP certification
5+ years of experience of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of JIRA, MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skill
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skill
Individual must be self-motivated and able to bring projects to their conclusion
The following qualifications are not required, but highly desired:
Sufficient understanding of the General Ledger (ex. Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts
A background in the financial services industry
