Our Opportunity:

In Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) team, we are looking for a skilled Application Risk Analyst (Senior Staff, grade 58) to provide oversight of policy compliance, and work with different teams in the organization to focus on risk analysis, and timely and accurate reporting of the firm’s overall application risk.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform data analysis and risk reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and execute Second Line of Defense team’s standard operating procedures (SOP) for IAM

  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IAM policies, standards, procedures, processes, and internal controls and recommend enhancements as needed; partner with first line technology partners, business owners and corporate technology groups to maintain awareness of policies and standards and consult on enhancement opportunities to continuously improve compliance

  • Assess the current RCSA, applications, and tools for compliance against published IAM policies and standards and recommend continuous improvement

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and mature required metrics

  • Assess compliance with regulatory requirements from an IAM perspective

  • Track remediation efforts associated with internal/external audit findings

  • Contribute to team tasks to mature the second line of defense team

What you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in identity and access risk management

  • Experience with authoring, maintaining, and implementing IAM Policies and Standards

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management methodologies

  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both oral and written is required

  • Experience interfacing with auditors in support of audits and external regulatory exam processes is required

  • Promotes cooperation in working with business/technology partners and peers

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required plus

  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred
