Description

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Manager to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. This role involves managing a team of ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Platform developers within our telecom services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with end users, troubleshooting applications, and designing ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Platform developers

• Support end users in our ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments

• Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, processes, and integrations

• Work within the parameters of a system development lifecycle

• Design and architect ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Studio

• Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.

• Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs

• Support the development of use cases and testing procedures

• Ensure product functionality, debugging, and testing are completed before production deployment

• Engage in discussions with business stakeholders regarding best practices, troubleshooting, and escalations

Requirements

• Proficient in Database Administration and Management

• Sharepoint modules - ITSM, HRSD, Orchestration, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Performance Analytics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with ASP.NET framework

• Understanding of Configuration Management principles

• Demonstrated skills in Design and architecture

• Experience in ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow ITSM, and ServiceNow Modules

• Proficiency in SharePoint Development

• Able to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
